   # Steps to reproduce：
   1.Run workflow
   2.Workflow instance and task instance status is  executing
   3.After the master or worker hang up,  the status of the workflow instance 
and task instance page is always executing

   After the master or worker hangs up,  it can display the stop sign of master 
or worker in the workflow instance and task instance page
