   because of pull request #3053 , the t_ds_process_definition_version was 
added.
   I delete upgrade-dolphinscheduler in dolphin_api_service.py, because there 
is upgradeDolphinScheduler in CreateDolphinScheduler.java.

   因为pull request #3053, t_ds_process_definition_version被添加进了sql里。
   
我把dolphin_api_service.py里的upgrade-dolphinscheduler删掉了，因为create-dolphinscheduler.sh对应的java代码CreateDolphinScheduler，其中已经有upgradeDolphinScheduler方法了
