In the alarm information, there is only the information of workflow
granularity, but not the information of project granularity, which may be
difficult to find when troubleshooting problems.
告警信息中只有到工作流粒度的信息，并没有到项目粒度的信息，这样可能在排查问题的时候，不太好找
