   **To Reproduce**
   Steps to reproduce the behavior, for example:
   1. Go to 'Alert instance management'
   2. Click on 'Edit button for an alert instance'
   3. See error
   
   **Which version of Dolphin Scheduler:**
    -[dev]
   
   I will fix it
