**What are the current deficiencies and the benefits of improvement**
The current version control function is very useful. But when we want to see
the specific info of a certain version, we can only switch the version first,
and then view the current workflow. The problem is that when we click the
switch button, the workflow's updateTime will be refresh, because this is an
update operation, but we don't want to update.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
It is better to add a new button to view the version info.
