   **Describe the question**
   
   I used the release version source code 'apache-dolphinscheduler-1.3.6-src' 
to build a docker. And when I followed the doc 'Frontend Development' & 'Plugin 
Development' to add a plugin(also node), it always failed during the building, 
especially building UI.
   
   So, I have a question, **is it possible to add customized plugin and make it 
a new node which can be found on toolbar by building from the release version 
source code(like apache-dolphinscheduler-1.3.6-src)?**
   If it is possible, what I miss?
   
   
   
   **Which version of DolphinScheduler:**
    -[1.3.6] release version which download here:

   **Additional context**
   This is what I met when ran the command 'bash ./docker/build/hooks/build'
