   **Steps to reproduce the behavior: **
   exporting workflows with sub-workflows
   
   **Describe the question**
   The same workflow called wcl_dwh has sub-workflows in different 
dolphinscheduler clusters. After the old cluster is imported, the workflow and 
sub-workflow are normal, but there is no sub-workflow after the new cluster is 
imported, and the sub-child nodes are abnormal.
   
   **Which version of DolphinScheduler:**
    -[1.3.2]
