I have found the reason. There is an additional "dataBasedirPath" configuration in the install_config.conf configuration file of version 1.3.8, which is used to generate the exeLocalPath prefix. This configuration is not available in version 1.3.6. If you directly copy the configuration file of version 1.3.6 during the upgrade process, you need to add this configuration, otherwise there will be problems with the path.  -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
