### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened refer this doc：https://dolphinscheduler.apache.org/zh-cn/docs/dev/user_doc/globalParams.html but I deploy lastest release version 1.3.8 no support this operation  deploy method is k8s --- 参考官方文档：https://dolphinscheduler.apache.org/zh-cn/docs/dev/user_doc/globalParams.html 说可以支持参数传递，但是我部署了最新的版本的1.3.8的版本，也不支持，首先是UI界面没有可选，另外就是语法也报错提供不支持文档中的写法，该功能万分需要，请大佬解惑，都要劝退了，实在无语了 部署方法采用的是k8s的方式部署，参考自官方文档 ### What you expected to happen 我看了很多issue提供已经合并了参数传递的功能，但是在使用的时候，官方UI和脚本语法都报错，提供不支持此语法，十分迷惑，到底目前dev和release版本不支持，还是代码合并了，但是功能没有开？感觉这个功能大家提了很长时间了，也很迫切，但没有官方文档有说明过 --- I have read a lot of issues that provide functions that have incorporated parameter passing, but when using it, the official UI and script syntax both report errors, and the provider does not support this syntax, which is very confusing. ### How to reproduce docker desktop k8s deploy dolphin ### Anything else _No response_ ### Are you willing to submit PR? - [ ] Yes I am willing to submit a PR! ### Code of Conduct - [X] I agree to follow this project's [Code of Conduct](https://www.apache.org/foundation/policies/conduct) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
