### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened There is a workflow, 16 sql tasks in it. Under normal circumstances, it takes 6 minutes to complete the execution, and the business requires no more than 8 minutes to execute once. In the current situation, quartz cuts every 8 minutes in the unit of hour, which means that the last schedule of every hour is not finished, and the next one starts again.
