### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Now the Master scan one command from DB and convert to process instance each time, it's a looply work on single thread, which limits overall speed.
