### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened when buiding a process instance's dag flow in the `WorkflowExecuteThread`, the `getStartTaskInstanceList` method in to get this process instance's task instance list from command params. but it queries task instance with `idList` in a loop.
