### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description The performance of the API `org.apache.dolphinscheduler.dao.mapper.TaskInstanceMapper#queryTaskInstanceListPaging` is too poor. In it's **_MyBatis SQL_**, `t_ds_task_definition_log` and `t_ds_task_instance` are full table scans.
