   I check the markdown-link-check's release log. 
https://github.com/tcort/markdown-link-check/releases and find out it just 
release two new versions, and PR https://github.com/apache/skywalking/pull/8466 
exactly between those two releases. And the latest version just fixes the 
config loading issue. So I think this PR could be merged, WDYT @kezhenxu94
