   ### Search before asking

   - [X] I had searched in the
[issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and
found no similar issues.

   ### What happened

   1. I create a project with user **test-user1** **test-project1**
   2. Create **test user 2** through the administrator account, and authorize
the project **test project 1** to **test user 2**
   3. Log in to account **test user 2** , find the project **test project 1**
and change the user of the project
   4. Log in to the account **test user 1** and find that the item cannot be
found **test item 1**
   5. This problem occurs in both versions **2.0.2** and **2.0.3**

   ### What you expected to happen

   1. Either **test user 2** cannot change the user of the project, or continue
to maintain the **test user 1** ownership of the test project

   ### How to reproduce

   1. Log in to the administrator account **admin**
   2. Create User **Test User1**
   3. Create User **Test User2**
   4. Login account **test user 1**, create project **test project 1**
   5. Log in to the administrator account **admin** and authorize the project
**test project 1** for **test user 2**
   6. Log in to the account **test user 2**, enter the project interface, and
change the user of **test project 1**
   7. Log in to the account **test user 1** to check the effect

   ### Anything else

   _No response_

   ### Version
