### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description When we want to add a new release for DolphinScheduler, we have to change lots of files by humans according to https://dolphinscheduler.apache.org/en-us/community/release-prepare.html. Maybe we should find a way to update all versions related by scripts like bash or python.
