### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened When a new user is created, view the statistics management in the Resource Centre. The data displayed is consistent with the administrator and not the normal user's own data.
