### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description On our website https://dolphinscheduler.apache.org/ 's blog, there are some links have `latest` in the URL. Such as https://dolphinscheduler.apache.org/zh-cn/blog/Apache-DolphinScheduler-2.0.1.html which have `user_doc/guide/installation/docker.html` with the latest URL(will be update later because it is a dead link). There are two downsides in using the latest URL: * Anway point to the latest docs. Maybe some functional add in the feature, but does not exists in the article-related version. It will cause some miss leading among users. * When we change our document structure. Some links may be invalid, and what is even worse is that these will only be found when the next PR is submitted(also some users will find it, but they will not tell us or submit PR to fix it).
