### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description When we use LOWER_WEIGHT strategy to dispatch the task, the master will use a schedule thread to sync the worker's info from ServerNodeManager, see code in LowerWeightHostManager.
