### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description This optimization will be applied to the resource center API and is also part of the [OSPP event](https://summer-ospp.ac.cn/#/org/prodetail/222290456). At the end of the event, the resource center API will mostly depend on the third-party API. relations about tasks and resources will be the only information stored in t_ds_resources.
