### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description There is a function getSessionTime() in the Registry interface has not been used in the project. And now，there are two class(MySqlRegistry and ZookeeperRegistry) that implement this interface. In the ZookeeperRegistry, just returns the value from the config file.
