### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Right now, the most status change is judge and update. e.g. ``` Status status = xx; if(status == SUCCESS) { // do operation // change the status in database; } else if(status == Failed) { // do operation // change the status in database } .... ``` When we do some operation, we need to judge if the current status can support we do the operation, the problem is that the status may changed after we judge.
