### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description This feature issue is about supporting stream task: - stream task definition  - stream task instance  - stream task in DAG  Create real-time tasks (such as: flink-stream) through workflows.
