### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Right now, due to some problems(master/worker failover at the same time), we cannot continue the failover task, we just kill the need failover task and run again. The problem is that we just kill the local task at worker but not will kill the remove task(e.g. if the task is a yarn task we may kill it, but for other task we will not kill them). This issue is want to discuss about kill the remove task at task failover.
