### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Right now, we use ExecutionState to represent workflow instance status and task instance status, this make it's hard to maintain the status, since we cannot distinguish the status is belong to workflow instance or task instance.
