### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened When I upgrade ds from v1.3.9 to v3.0.0 , a lot of errors are encountered. The meta database I'm using is mysql.
