### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description * As we have migrated all unit tests from jUnit 4 -> jUnit5 and removed related jUnit 4 library imports, we need to add a `Spotless` step to check and block such imports like `org.junit.xxx` in the future.
