### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description version :3.1.2 When I delete the resources of a Spark task and start it, the log will frequently swipe the screen.The main logs are as follows  When I read the code, I found that when processing the WorkflowEvent of the workflowEventQueue, if the WorkflowEvent fails, it will rejoin the workflowEventQueue and execute again. But it is a while loop, so it will retry indefinitely.
