### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Currently, the main components of dolphinscheduler, such as master, worker, api, alert-server, and the image addresses of tools already exist in values.yaml, but the configuration items of busybox are missing. When using helm deployment or manual k8s deployment, if the production environment fails The external network, and the _helpers.tpl file is not modified, it is easy to cause deployment failure, because the tools module needs to use the busybox image to check whether the database is ready during the initialization phase. The default busybox address is hard-coded in _helpers.tpl.
