   ### What happened
   
   After I executed the workflow containing the task dependencies under 
dolphinscheduler 3.1.3, I looked at the workflow instances and found that the 
task dependencies were not displayed properly, but the same workflow instances 
were displayed properly under dolphinscheduler 3.0.0

   All you need to do is execute a workflow configured with dependent tasks 
under dolphinscheduler-3.1.3 and you should be able to reproduce the problems I 
encountered.
