### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Currently, submitting jobs to k8s cluster will add default labels such as `k8s.cn/layer` and `k8s.cn/name`. However, in some practical scenarios, we usually manage resources on k8s by adding custom labels.
