### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened I reported an error before the task, and then I stopped and modified it. After I modified it and confirmed that there were no errors in my code script, etc., After going online again, I found that the program will not run after only half of it runs, and the program runs successfully, and the upstream programs run perfectly. Then I checked that the memory of my virtual machine is still enough. Then I stopped the workflow and went offline, but it showed that it was ready to stop, and then I turned ds off and on again, but found that the fault-tolerant workflow was restored. Then I repeated the above operation again and found that it was still the same. ### What you expected to happen The program works perfectly and solves the problem. ### How to reproduce If the problem is reproduced, create the workflow, then run it, and find that the task does not run, then close the task and go offline, and find that the program shows that it is ready to close. Then close ds, restart, and find that the workflow that shows that the reply is fault-tolerant. ### Anything else The problem occurs every time after I change the code, but I make sure that there is no problem with my program. ### Version 3.1.x ### Are you willing to submit PR? - [X] Yes I am willing to submit a PR! ### Code of Conduct - [X] I agree to follow this project's [Code of Conduct](https://www.apache.org/foundation/policies/conduct) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
