   ### What happened
   
   DEPENDENT子节点，配置超时时间的时候，无法保存设置的值； version 3.0.2和3.0.0均有出现
   复现步骤：
   1.下图中的超时时间我设置为10分钟，并且保存；
   2.重新打开这个flow，发现我的设置并没有生效；

   可以正确的设置超时时间参数
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   复现步骤：
