## Proposed changes pick: #23879 When finishing cloning a tablet, it will write lock all the mutexes of this tablet, then run Tablet.revise_tablet_meta. Revise_tablet_meta is time cost, sometimes even cost 90s. It will cause the tablet's mutexes was locked for a long time. Daemon::calculate_metrics_thread will get all the tablets's version_count and segement_count every 15 seconds， both need aquire the tablet's read lock. So calculate_metrics_thread will be stucked at aquiring the tablet's read lock. Then it will cause tablet manager's shard locks was hold for a long time. Finally, create tablets couldn't acquire the tablet manager's shard locks, and will be timeout. This PR will get all the tablets and release the tablet manager shard locks, after that, calculate the tablet's version_count and segement_count.
