**Describe the bug**
We have hundreds of "broker load jobs" that loading hive table to doris
everyday.
Sometimes there are several failed jobs , the exception is below. But it
will work file after retry .
Sometimes there are no exceptions , even the same table , same data.
the exception :

**To Reproduce**
Sometimes It reproduce , somtimes not in the same table.
**Desktop (please complete the following information):**
- OS: centos7.2
- Version 0.12-rc-3
This exception almost happed everyday , so we have to reload the
broker-loading-job everyday .
