   ### Search before asking

   - [X] I had searched in the
[issues](https://github.com/apache/doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no
similar issues.

   ### Version

   selectdb(with doris-core 2.0.2)

   ### What's Wrong?

   create a routine load which jsonpaths has escaped double-quota(\")

   ```sql
   CREATE ROUTINE LOAD test_routine_load ON kafka_data
   WITH APPEND
   COLUMNS(create_time,event,id,data,topic_name='topic_name')
   PROPERTIES
   (
     "format" = "json",
     "jsonpaths" = "[\"$.t\",\"$.e\",\"$.i\",\"$.d\"]",
     "strip_outer_array" = "true",
     xxx
   )
   FROM KAFKA
   (
     ...
   );
   ```

   then show create routine load, result:
   ```sql
   CREATE ROUTINE LOAD test_routine_load ON kafka_data
   WITH APPEND
   COLUMNS(create_time,event,id,data,topic_name='topic_name')
   PROPERTIES
   (
     "format" = "json",
     "jsonpaths" = "["$.t","$.e","$.i","$.d"]",
     "strip_outer_array" = "true",
     xxx
   )
   FROM KAFKA
   (
     ...
   );
   ```

   We can see the slash(\) is gone and lead to a syntax error.
   When I switch double-quota to single-quota, the toutine load job cannot work.

   ### What You Expected?

   Show create routine load should keep the escaped double-quota (\") so that
the result can be runed correctly.

   ### How to Reproduce?
