## Proposed changes Now i found fe need to wait old wal to be deleted before creating MaterializedView, this is like schema change.However, schema change has shadow column, so it can do double writing，fe just need to wait on the final stage, i.e. waiting on before renaming shadow column to visible column.MaterializedView dosen't have shadow column, so it need to wait on the whole stage.
