## Proposed changes
A follow-up work for [pr-27666](https://github.com/apache/doris/pull/27666)
**Mainly has the following changes:**
* Mark `InitCatalogLog` and `InitDatabaseLog` as deprecated, use
`MetaIdMappingsLog` for instead when initing external catalogs/databases.
* Remove the relevant logics for replaying `InitCatalogLog` and
`InitDatabaseLog`.
* Remove annotations related to serialization on
`ExternalDatabase`/`ExternalTable` and remove the `Writable`/
`GsonPostProcessable` interfaces for `ExternalDatabase`/`ExternalTable`.
* Remove `@SerializedName` on `idToDb` field for `ExternalCatalog`.
* Add logics for replaying `MetaIdMappingsLog` when the logs are generated
by initing catalogs or databases.
