   ### Search before asking

   - [X] I had searched in the
[issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and
found no similar issues.

   ### Version

   0.15.1 rc03

   ### What's Wrong?

Found that the doris connection releases a bug. Scenario recurrence: I used
the hikari data source. After the project started, the number of connections
increased; at this time, I disconnected the network first, then reconnected to
the network, and then stopped the project. I found that the number of
connections in doris has not decreased. From the visual interface of doris, the
connections are in sleep state. Repeatedly, resulting in the number of doris
connections has been increasing, and the connection has been in sleep state. If
I keep going online and stop the project normally, the number of connections on
the interface will decrease

   ### What You Expected?

Whenever the project is stopped or the network is disconnected, the number
of doris connections will drop.
Otherwise, the following situation will occur:
   Reach limit of connections
