## Proposed changes 1. Fix MacOS and not use memory tracker not init thread context. #34002 delete thread context in exec env, cause be crash. 2. Modify `memtable_memory_limiter_tracker_refresh_thread` to `memtable_memory_refresh_thread`, otherwise thread name not be fully displayed. 3. Fix `memtable_memory_refresh_thread` print logs frequently. 4.
