### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Description In method named chooseTablets in ConsistencyChecker exist unnecessary function call. please read the follow picture(and exist a englist syntax error in its comment)   `dbIds` have been checked whether its size is empty , it is unnecessary to call `Math.max` method to avoid empty condition. It wastes computing resources ### Solution remove the `Math.max` call.
