`new RootAllocator()` occasionally reports an error, It may be that the
version of `netty` is incompatible with `arrow`, but I can't confirm it. I plan
to upgrade arrow to 17.0.0, which can use some new features of arrow flight,
such as user session, hope this problem can be solved.
