> "all pages" refers to all pages in a column. Because the DICT encoding is used preferentially when the string column is written, that is, the data_page is all DICT encoding at the beginning. When the dict_page is full, all subsequent data_pages are PLAIN encoding, and these pages are written to the disk in the order of generation.
