this command is only supported in cloud mode: Storage Vault is only
supported for cloud mode so we can block this case with condition like:
```def cloudMode = isCloudMode()
if (cloudMode) {
assert (rowsetCount == 2)
} else {
assert (rowsetCount == 1)
}```
