### What problem does this PR solve?
Issue Number: close #xxx

Problem Summary:
When user not config ```spill_storage_root_path``` and
```storage_root_path``` , spill disk and local data dir use the same path,
then only spill disk's metric can be displayed, because spill disk's metric
cover local data dir's metric, this should be fixed.
