### What problem does this PR solve?
1. Code Optimization
- Eliminate redundant code paths and unnecessary computations
- Focus on query processing efficiency improvements
2. Hot Path Optimization
- Replace lambda expressions with conventional for-loops
- Target frequently executed code segments in critical paths
3. Rewrite Timeout Control
- Default timeout threshold: 1000ms
- Terminate transparent rewrites exceeding timeout threshold
- Prevent optimization phase from blocking query execution
4. StructInfo Refresh Optimization
- Implement cardinality-based pruning
- Limit structural information search space
- Prevent excessive refresh duration
