### What problem does this PR solve?
#48103 add unique id to non-foldable function (like random(), uuid()) ,
because these functions are non-idempotent. Two random in one expression
need treat as not equal, and need to evaluate two times.
Then for sql
```sql
select a + random()
from t
group by a + random()
```
will raise error `a not in aggregate's output`.
because it treat the two RANDOMs in `select` and `group` are different.
for mysql, pg, the above sql no error.
Don't known how to fix this, then revert the prior pr.
