This pr aims to skip range predicate at segment level. on ssb100, test sql: ` select count(LO_ORDERDATE) from lineorder where LO_ORDERDATE >=19920101 AND LO_ORDERDATE <=19971231;` before: VectorPredEvalTime: 440.584ms after: VectorPredEvalTime: 319.41ms Node: VectorPredEvalTime includes vec predicate evaluate time and time to generate selected rowId index.
