### What problem does this PR solve?
Issue Number: close #xxx

Problem Summary:
In BE we use instance id as BufferControlBlock's identity. but when query
auto retry by BE because of RPC errors or something. it will change query_id
but not instance_id. so BE may send result of origin query and retry-query
together as the origin query's result by mistake.
