### What problem does this PR solve?
This PR enhances the URI parsing logic for OSS and HDFS storage types to
resolve the following issues:↳
Only a single URI is supported for HDFS/OSS storage types to prevent parsing
failures caused by multiple comma-separated addresses.
OSSHDFS now supports extracting the region from the endpoint, using an
improved regular expression that accurately captures the full region (e.g.,
cn-shanghai instead of shanghai).
OSS type detection logic is strengthened to prevent incorrect recognition of
non-OSS storage as OSS-HDFS.
